Indepth Managed Services provide facilities management services for commercial premises, such as internal and external cleaning, property maintenance, pest control and office cleaning supplies.
Challenge:
Established during the 1970’s, the brand has been stuck in the 20th Century and was struggling to compete against newer, modern competitors. The organisation recognised the need to re-establish it’s positioning and with that, decided upon a complete overhaul of its online presence.
Solution:
Budget was an issue and so a phased approach was the most efficient way forward. With future objectives in mind, we first developed a new ‘brochure’ type website showcasing Indepth’s variety of services and capabilities.
Phase 2 sees the addition of the Indepth ‘Marketplace’ where clients can order consumable items directly from the website via a secure log in. A robust API feeds data from internal order management IT system, presenting each individual user with their own product range, prices and contract terms.
